Let's move together in a safe and non-judgmental way! While seated in a stationary chair, we will move through yoga postures, breathing exercises and a bit of meditation. No experience necessary. Benefits are strength, relaxation and increased flexibility.
You’ll need:
A sturdy chair with no arms and a low back,
Two yoga blocks (or two full rolls of paper towels)
A blanket
A yoga strap (or belt, sash, etc.)
A pillow (a throw pillow from the couch works)
