Bring a pad and pen to write down the movements involved in this warm up flow. Then, we will practice it over and over until you feel like you “got it”! It’s short, only 13 movements, that together warm up every part of your body and create heat. Almost all vinyasa (flow) classes incorporate this short sequence and it can serve as an almost complete yoga self-practice for you if you repeat it over and over.
If you are an experienced yogi or a beginner, this is a great learning experience that will serve you in your yoga journey always.
Sun Salutation A (Surya Namaskar A) will be learned as taught in Ashtanga Yoga.
