Slow Flow Yoga Outdoors and In Person

We begin with warm up stretches connecting you to your breath, followed by a flow of fun asanas (postures/poses) to open your heart, lengthen your spine, and leave you strong and relaxed. Appropriate for all yoga levels including brand new beginners. Flexibility is not a pre-requisite! Bring a yoga mat, a towel and blocks if you have them.
