Do you follow the Yoga Teacher with Sun Salutations? Here we will break down Sun Salutation A (Surya Naskar A) and Sun Salutation B (Surya Namaskar B), step by step — so that you can use them in your own yoga practice and cover it all: stretching, strengthening, toning and relaxing all parts of the body in 20 minutes. We will begin with warm up stretches connecting you to your breath and then get right into learning all the steps with alignment cues for Sun A’s and B’s (and some B+’s).

You’ll need:
A yoga mat
Two yoga blocks
A yoga blanket or towel
Bring a pad and pen so that you can write down all the steps!
