Chair Yoga (Zoom)

Let's move together in a safe and non-judgmental way! While seated in a stationary chair, we will move through yoga postures, breathing exercises and a bit of meditation. No experience necessary. Benefits are strength, relaxation and increased flexibility.

You’ll need:

  • A sturdy chair with no arms and a low back,

  • Two yoga blocks (or two full rolls of paper towels)

  • A blanket

  • A yoga strap (or belt, sash, etc.)

  • A pillow (a throw pillow from the couch works)
