“I just completed my health coaching sessions with Anita. She was wonderful. Through her coaching, I really changed my overall lifestyle. In regards to diet, she had very helpful suggestions about healthier options.
My main issue was high LDL. She made suggestions on how to cook in a healthier fashion. She also provided with me with some great ways of preparing foods, healthy snacks, and even baking!
